1 · Discovery call

2 · Technical proposal

1-2 weeks · Free

What we do
We deepen scope, decide tech stack, build phase map. If we need extra sessions with you, we ask.
What you get
A written proposal with detailed scope, phases with fixed price, deadlines and terms. No surprises.
You decide
You accept the proposal online (simple e-sign) or tell us what to adjust.

3 · UX/UI design

2-4 weeks (typical project)

What we do
Wireframes → mockups → clickable prototype. We iterate with you in weekly sprints until design is approved before touching code.
What you get
Figma access. You validate at each milestone. We show you the design working before writing code.
You decide
You validate each screen. If something does not fit, we change it before development.

4 · Development in sprints

2-week sprints

What we do
We build the product in short iterations. Each sprint closes a functional block you can see and test in staging.
What you get
Git repository access from day 1. Demo at end of each sprint. Weekly 30-min sync.
You decide
You prioritize what gets built first. If direction changes, we adjust roadmap together.

5 · Testing + QA

1-2 weeks before launch

What we do
Automated tests, manual tests, real device testing, security validation, Core Web Vitals optimization.
What you get
A real status report of the product. Bugs categorized by priority. Lighthouse 90+.
You decide
You decide what is considered "launch-ready" and what is left for post-launch.

6 · Launch

1-3 days

Production deploy, DNS config, SSL certificates, monitoring, backups. Zero downtime.

Your product live. Access to monitoring dashboards, logs and metrics.
You decide
You announce when ready for first users to come in.

7 · Maintenance + Evolution

Monthly plan or per hours

What we do
Hosting + 24/7 monitoring + security patches + hours bucket for new features.
What you get
24 business hour response SLA. Monthly system health report. Quarterly evolution roadmap.

You contract the plan you need or take it over with your internal team (we leave full documentation).

Process questions

What if scope changes mid-project?
It is normal and we plan for it. Each deliverable phase is validated with you before moving to the next. If features need adding/removing, we recalculate next phase scope and provide a delta budget before proceeding.
How long does a typical project take?
A corporate website: 4-8 weeks. A SaaS platform: 4-8 months. A complete ERP: 6-12 months in phases. You have it broken down in the proposal before signing anything.
Do I pay everything upfront?
Never. Payment is per validated milestone: typically 30% on sign (Discovery + Design), 40% on MVP validation, 30% on launch. Adjustable per project.
What if I decide to cancel mid-way?
You keep everything delivered up to that point (code, design, documentation). You only pay for completed milestones.
Do you work remote or on-site?
99% remote. Video meetings (Zoom/Meet), management in GitHub + Slack/Discord. If you need an on-site session, we plan it punctually (Madrid area at no extra cost; other areas we evaluate).
