At Medel Platforms we strive to deliver top-quality digital products. If after a purchase you believe the product does not match its description or has an unresolved technical issue, you can request a refund following the guidelines below.

1. Time frame

You have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to request a refund.

2. Conditions

  • The product must have a reproducible technical issue that our support team could not resolve.
  • The product must not have been used in production.
  • Activated licenses and files fully downloaded are non-refundable unless a demonstrable defect exists.

3. How to request it

Reach out through our contact page with the subject Refund request, including your order number and reason. We will reply within 5 business days at the latest.

4. Processing

Once approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
