Plans & billing
Tokify bills your users in minutes of rendered video/audio. Plans grant a monthly minute allowance; users can top up with one-time minute recharges. Payments run through Stripe and/or PayPal.
Minutes model
- Each plan grants minutes per billing cycle. Every render consumes minutes equal to its duration.
- Rollover: unused minutes accumulate across cycles (configurable per plan).
- An unlimited tier is supported (set the plan’s minutes to a negative value).
- Before a render starts, Tokify checks the user has enough minutes and shows a clear message in their language if not, with a Recharge minutes button.
Managing plans
In Admin → Plans you create tiers with a name, price (monthly / yearly / lifetime), minute allowance, feature bullets and limits (e.g. voice cloning access & count). Drag to reorder; the pricing page and the in-app upgrade screen reflect changes immediately. A free trial can be enabled per plan.
Minute recharges (top-ups)
Independent of subscriptions, users can buy extra minutes in a one-time payment. In Admin → Plans → Recharge settings you set:
- Price per minute.
- Minimum minutes per recharge — the recharge popup adapts: presets, slider range and the minimum notice all follow this value, and the server enforces it.
The recharge popup shows a futuristic slider, live total and a clear “minimum recharge” notice below the minimum.
Payment providers
Enable Stripe and/or PayPal in Admin → Settings (live or test keys). Both power subscriptions and one-time recharges through a single checkout page. Configure the webhook so subscription status and successful payments are recorded.
Referrals
Users get a referral link; when an invited user pays, both sides earn bonus minutes (the commission is calculated on the actual amount paid). Manage the reward amounts in Admin → Settings.
